Also received rejections from w&c (spring vs) and macfarlanes (vs) within the space of 10 minutes 😂 But through to the Stephenson written assessment! 😊 This process is definitely very up and down but will be worth it in the end 🙌🤞

I thought the exact same on Tuesday!! I think a bit of nerves is good though because it means you care! I always try to tell myself I’m not nervous I’m excited which helps to make me feel slightly more confident before 😂 Good luck and go smash it!!

Hey Zara - I think this is a common concern! But how I’ve dealt with this in previous interviews is actually just saying to the interviewer something like, “can I have a minute to think about that?”. I’ve had positive feedback on taking my time on more difficult questions. Hope that helps x
