Uber drivers are workers, not self employed - UK Supreme Court
Great points - I suspect you're right on both of these counts. I think it's a great example of why clearly defined legal terms matter and the steps companies will go to to ensure they 'technically' fit within a certain definition. As we've seen, if they don't, the costs can be very significant.- Jaysen

I like @Ricky's advice here - I'd keep practicing under timed conditions before the real thing. You're also welcome to try our mock case studies (legal and M&A) which were based on two law firm written exercises. We're no longer able to mark these, but it can still be useful to attempt.- Jaysen
