I know there isn't much out there -- and if I remember correctly you've already done at least one our case studies -- so simply set yourself questions. Researching firms: clients and deals
Great questions. I review many applications where a student has tried to refer to a recent deal or a client to back up their reasons for applying. Most of the time, the link between the point and evidence is tenuous, which means it doesn't read as genuine. This ends up hurting more than helping...- Jaysen

It's a good question. I would mention your interest in a practice area if it accounts for a clear majority of the firm's work -- such that it wouldn't make sense to apply if you weren't interested in that practice area.
