    I personally always think it is better to be over rather than underdressed. It probably wouldn't matter for most firms, but you never know if the partner you get interviewing you is old school and a stickler for jacket/ties - first impressions and all that!

    Withers does, they started screening around the start of Jan and inviting to online tests/interviews. I would say it is definitely still worth applying though.

    If it helps when I selected my dates for the AC there was anywhere from 10th Jan through to around 15th Feb. I also applied very early in the window so they may just be getting round to later applications etc. Don’t be too disheartened, its not over until its over!
