    I found it alright, can't really tell how I did tbh. I had to ask the interviewers to repeat the questions twice to make sure I hit all the points, and I felt like I repeated myself a bit for the motivations... So, it could have gone better but it wasn't a complete disaster either.

    I got cut off when applying to Gateley in early 2023 and also ended one video saying 'and um things' and still ended up with the Vac Scheme (in my defence, I was so nervous as it was my first VI and first cycle, haha). So, while not ideal, I don't think it's the end of the world!

    Thank you! I was so happy when it came through I cried, haha. Then tried to get myself a Costa, only for the Costa to be closed, so ended up at the M&S café with the biggest hot chocolate known to mankind and cream on my nose.

    It's really easy to rectify - if you let the firm's Grad Recruitment know they'll tell you what to do about it. I made a mistake on one of my apps and it was fine, I just had to attach an additional note to it.
