No they don't, I finished mine today and didn't receive anything. But I did email them to ask for my score and they replied like an hour and a bit later, so if you want to check if you passed you can. Also does it seem to anyone else that 18th percentile as a pass for HL is really low?

@Jessica Booker Hi Jessica, I finished my vac scheme a week ago and wasn't offered a TC due to underperforming in the final interview. Regardless, it was a great experience and I'll probs apply to direct TCs now. However, would this be more positive/negative on my overall future applications...

Hi all, not sure where to put this question so sorry if it shouldn't be here, but what do men typically wear on a vacation scheme? Do I have to wear a suit and tie everyday or can I come in a bit more smart-casual e.g., quarter-zips or a jumper over my shirt without a tie?
