Yeah no I completely agree, and actually many times I end up deleting the word. However, sometimes the change of sentence sounds too abrupt without them, so I was wondering if it was ok for those situations. Many thanks! :)- Kopperskjold

Umm yes but wouldn't choosing not to take me be different from "not being eligible"? Because also their vacation scheme takes place during during official vacation periods, in which we're allowed to work full-time. It's only during term-time that we cannot work more than 20 hours a week...- Kopperskjold

Oh my days I ran to check mine and I made the same mistake in one out of three haha. Ironically enough, I wrote "Re: 2021 Summer Vacation Scheme" right after lol. Thank god I didn't list "paying attention to detail" as one of my strengths haha, hopefully they'll still consider me.- Kopperskjold
