    nw it's not a stupid question! i didn't get it the first time either, haha. 18th percentile means you did better than 18% of applicant, which seems like a pretty low bar but i think it's because hogan will only review at your application if you pass their wg

    hey, i was accepted to their silver programme and they sent the wg invite after 11 days, if that helps! and you can find out your percentile score if you email them! i did and was told that their wg pass score was the 18th percentile
