hiii I also just applied for this open day too!!!! personally in my app I just briefly mentioned the fact that i was a disabled applicant in that question, since obviously it lets them know I am actually going for it because i'm disabled hahaha - i'm not just some random person taking the...
Anyone have any tips for virtual open days?
Also, just spent 30 minutes writing an application for a virtual open day at another firm, only to find out after I submitted... it's for non Russell Group students only, and i'm very much at a RG uni :D:D note to self- learn to read!!!
Still waiting for Latham, anyone else? although ive got to admit id mostly given up on them ahahah so hopefully won't be too disappointed if the rejection comes....
To be honest I expect so yes. I know some people from Latham's vac scheme were offered TCs ages ago. You never know if something might come back from them but I'm also not holding my breath:D
does anyone know around what time firms generally hold open days? I want to go to some but worried I'll miss out if they're all in nov/dec because i'm at risk for coronavirus :( (wish I could go to Baker McKenzie's but they're all this month!!!)

I heard from someone who works at Deloitte that grad recruitment has been scrapped this year. They said this in an "unofficial" capacity though so keep checking back for the summer schemes just in case
Does anyone know if law firms that recruit typically from students in the "penultimate year of their law degree" would consider accepting applications from final year grads if their intention is to do a masters after their final LLB year (not LPC - LLM/MA/MSc)? Several firms I've heard back from...
Does anyone know if DLA Piper will actually be open for vac scheme applications this year? Seen on their website that they're no longer accepting applicants for 2022 training contracts under 'graduates' but their deadlines for their internships are on there. Is it safe to assume that any vac...
I think it was Monday ☺️ ah yeah that sounds really frustrating, I don't think they will have forgotten about you though, maybe they are waiting to see whether all of their offers get accepted?
I heard from Dentons last week :) Rejection, but said they'd like me to apply next year since I applied too late (on the deadline basically) - annoying but what can you do! I believe they've given most of their TC places to their vac schemers
