    You should still apply! I applied on Tuesday and got invited to the Simulate (2nd stage test) yesterday, so they seem to review the applications pretty fast

    I don’t think you should give up hope yet, they had to call me too so don’t get too disheartened that that is the reason. What stream did you apply for? Mine is business services. They may just be doing them in batches :)
