    It’s looks like they’ve taken direct apps off the website. It was meant to open today. There’s nothing in the careers portal at the moment either. I guess they’ve offered all their TCs via the accelerated VS process this year.

    I really don’t get why firms ask you to write a long cover letter and then ask to write answers to an additional 3/4 250-300 word questions. It takes forever and you just end up repeating yourself!!

    The applications for VS and Direct TC are often the same. I would say with direct TC you need to have more work experience to demonstrate the skills a firm is looking for. Not sure about competitiveness, there’s often less TC spaces but I don’t know how many people apply considering most people...
