I think it's very subjective and different from anyone I have had conversations with trainees working at Latham and securing a tc at Latham after 3 app cycles so it's different for everyone. It is so much about luck and strategy and also the timing like I know last year I applied way too late...- anonymous.15

I KNOW RIGHt but I think for me it's about practise the more apps you write and progress through , you get to know about the firm and its culture in depth . Like I applied to around 20 plus and got thru 1 post app and didn't make it to an AC so it was horrifying and I have less than 0 hope.- anonymous.15
