One tip- don't always prioritise speaking to your supervisor first. Showing initiative and giving things a go is quite important in these tests. Going to your supervisor on some things is great, when its needed, but other things you rank first diving straight in.- James Wakefield

Latham seems to be very quick or even automatic So if you’ve waited for more than a few days after completing stage 1 it’s very likely to be a PFO I am afraid. Freshfields do seem to take a bit longer- people have waited weeks for stage 2.- James Wakefield

First of all, I actually think your application is decent. Willkie is a particularly competitive firm- so your application doesn’t have to be bad to be rejected- just not good enough.
