I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. The successful applications from last year have that part. I believe it also comes under the "why the scheme", question. Especially as a career changer (the firm hires a lot of people from STEM), none can write a cover letter without answering why...- Lawlawland

You cannot. You have to choose four experiences that are most suitable out of all the available ones and add them there. At the open day, they said you can highlight other work experiences during your chat with the AI if that seems relevant to the questions it asks you.- Lawlawland

I added my grade breakdown, conversion details (international student) and also the full transcripts of all my degrees, as they said they would expect it to be clear and I didn't want to risk it. The additional documents space is exactly for that purpose.- Lawlawland
