I think the verbal/numerical may be more important than that, otherwise getting a 1 or a 3 may not hugely impact your overall result…
Haha the strategy was just putting down different answers than my previous amberjack.
I would say think quite carefully about the answers and make sure you're demonstrating you collaborate and work well with others, and are sensitive to how they might feel about your preferred response.
I'm sure they'll fix this as it's clearly an error- this'll affect a lot of candidates who applied in the last week and were planning to do the test this weekend.
One tip- don't always prioritise speaking to your supervisor first.
Showing initiative and giving things a go is quite important in these tests. Going to your supervisor on some things is great, when its needed, but other things you rank first diving straight in.
Latham seems to be very quick or even automatic So if you’ve waited for more than a few days after completing stage 1 it’s very likely to be a PFO I am afraid.
Freshfields do seem to take a bit longer- people have waited weeks for stage 2.
