    It’s actually both. You have to provide the details for employers but this is checked against your application form. Mistakes happen, but how much of an issue this is depends on what the error is and your explanation for why this mistake happened.

    The chances are going to be so varied based on individual circumstances at that time. A good chance with the firm in the previous cycle doesn’t necessarily mean it will be a good chance this cycle.
