    Firms typically give at least 2 weeks notice. Most firms also offer multiple AC slots throughout a 1-2 week window. You should be fine 99% of the time.

    The WG is just one datapoint. WE, grades, university experiences, etc. are likely all weighed far more highly. I scored in the 99th percentile but was PFO'd last year (poor first year grades). Don't count yourself out until the PFO email hits your inbox.
