    Hey Lovey, It's SJT-based. There is a scenario, and then u answer what you would do. 3 minutes to answer, 1 minute of prep time, and there are two video interview questions. The rest are WG questions

    It does not also guarantee u a place on the open day, but if u still decide to apply for a vac scheme then this test score will be used

    It's not for the open day. Grad rec said if u do this test, you won't need to do another one when you apply for a vac scheme.so this is ur official test. Take it seriously
