I did my Milbank first assessment on 6th Dec and haven't heard anything since. Should I assume a PFO or has noone heard from them post-6th Dec after the first test?
Hello! Permanent right to work essentially means that you wouldn't need a visa because you are a citizen, hold an ILR, have a settled status or come from a country that doesn't need a visa to work in the UK.

No nothing yet. I think someone on the forum mentioned that they heard after 8 days. If I don't hear anything from them by this coming Friday, I'm moving it to my PFO list.

I second this honestly, it's frustrating to see those rejections come in. And I know so many people who haven't done half the things that I have on my CV progress and end up with Paralegal roles and TC.
