    I think this is more likely. To interview hundreds of candidates you need hundreds of interviewers and that’s going to be far less likely with a firm with only 150 lawyers across London and Brussels.

    Yes, they may still need a transcript but that can be from your UK university. They wouldn’t withdraw an offer based on this though as long as you had present it as a pass/fail grade on your application form.

    I generally recommend finding something the London team has had involvement in. It can still be a US matter but should have some connection to the London office if you are trying to suggest that is the type of work you would be involved in.

    No - the answer does not require you to evidence these skills from your experiences. It is asking you to show your understanding of a lawyers job rather than your ability to do that job.

    This can be an issue. It isn’t always the case, and it will depend on the firm in question and also who you are working for as a paralegal. The more the firms are direct competitors, then the more this can be an issue. I have seen enough paralegals do vacation schemes for it to be okay though...

    Can be any of those and a whole other range of norm groups, including current trainees, or even employees more generally. There are also graduate norm groups and national norm groups that can be used.

    No need for any letter formalities. You can just start with your opening sentence/paragraph. Some people do include them, and you won’t be marked down for doing so, it’s just a waste of words in my opinion and won’t add anything to you personally statement.

    Definitely nothing to read into this if it’s only 2 days since you AC. Could easily be 1-2 weeks, but I would probably follow up with a “I forgot to ask at the AC, but when should I expect to hear back in regards to my performance” email the end of next week if you haven’t heard by then.

    You can ask for an additional day due to illness but be prepared for the firm to say they unfortunately cannot offer an extension. Also be prepared for the firm to not reply to you before your deadline.

    It depends how obvious they are and I would also use your discretion on this. If you can replace more obvious studs/fittings with more subtle ones, and if you can remove any without any issue to leave them out for a few hours, I would potentially do this.
