For Slaughter and May, grad rec told me that they interview for DTC until December, switch to vac scheme interviews from January-March, then resume DTC interviews in March. So if you weren't interviews/rejected by December, you'll have a few months to wait!
If anyone had imsights on the milbank test, I can share advice for HL (both tests and vi), weil VI, Mayer Brown, Simmons VI + AC, Bird & Bird VI, Akin Telephone Interview, Macfarlanes test + VI!
Almost never! Only if they have strong evidence to believe you cheated (i.e. someone else did the VI for you). It woukd be far too much bother for them to watch the prep time.
You are probably allowed to use your own notes/web search. They mainly film you to ensure it's not someone else coming up with your answer. Otherwise grad teams really don't have enough time to be watching you prep (unless it genuinely looks like you've been cheating).
If grad rec said they'd get back to me 'by Christmas' post-AC but they still haven't (the AC was a month ago), is it worth emailing them? @Abbie Whitlock @Andrei Radu I would appreciate any advice!

They say not to use AI but it's so easy to in the format they sent it in and I'm sure lots of people will use AI, seriously disadvantaging the candidates who followed the rules. There are so many systems...
