I do want to mention that that was absolutely the case for the vacation scheme applications, it may be different for direct TC applications.

Although BCLP do use a test, it holds no weight on your application. They haven't seen any evidence that shows these tests are a good indicator of performance and therefore, only ask you to complete it for their own research.
