Some people cant take time off work to attend a 1 or 2 week VS and firms are aware of this hence why they have a direct TC route. I think this is a 'six of one, half dozen of another' situation. Personally, I would use the content of your previous answer but make a conscious effort to adapt it to yourself now. No set way to prepare. There are about 12 'games' which you can read about online and watch gifs of. Online may suggest to research the firm's values and focus on those when playing the games.
