    Even if you applied for both open day and vacation scheme you can only complete one WG, but you can complete the Capp assessment twice. Same.

    I am not Talia but I think we are in the same situation. I have applied on October 2 but I still yet to hear from them. Perhaps GDC is reviewing applications on a monthly basis? I am just guessing so take my words with a grain of salt.

    Personally, I speculate that GDC is waiting for enough applications (2 October is still quite early) to review them in one batch at a time.

    A few days ago? I think by rolling basis they mean they will screen applications perhaps every two weeks or month, though I cannot confirm that. Thanks, I have sent an email to grad rec already.

    I'm afraid that I don't have a definitive answer for that one since I have never come across that before, however, my suggestion is that you can mention your number, name, and address (but not more than four lines), so that your letter looks professional.
