I’ve always wondered this and just filled them in without reading just in case but I highly doubt it actually makes a difference. I would say it would be worse now to contact GR about something like that so just hope for the best, pretty sure it’ll be fine- MVE49

That’s interesting because my vac scheme last year had a relatively low conversion rate (around 50%) and they’re generally known for being lower than other firms. It obviously depends on the individuals on the schemes.- MVE49

I don’t think that would mean that they’d necessarily have 90 TC places for vac schemers though... they realistically know that not everyone who does a vac scheme will get a TC. Also people will have to hear back about TCs before the vac scheme because there’s another TC recruitment before the...- MVE49

I remember getting that email around this time last year, pretty sure it does go to everyone who interviews. That is true... apparently they have meetings on Fridays where different interviewing partners all meet and then they will put forward whoever they interviewed and each partner will...- MVE49
