    It's non-rolling but the application form has a section which asks for your year of study. I believe that based on this, the system will send out the test email (if you're a penultimate student) or potentially after the deadline (if you're not in the target group) This page has all the details...

    When I last applied, I was sent an email after completing the SJT that I had met the benchmark so I'm guessing they would've sent a rejection email if I didn't meet the threshold

    I applied on the first of June. They then requested my second year results almost immediately and I was able to provide the information requested on the 30th of July. Hope this helps!

    Just received a rejection from Freshfields pre-WG. Currently waiting on Hogan Lovells post-WG and from Slaughter and May after providing my second year results.
