Career changer here. I currently work at a hedge fund in the compliance department, and felt myself slowly gravitating back towards the TC rat race. I must say, it is incredibly hard to manage applications, working full time, family and extra curricular, however I am noticing a stark improvement in my application answers since my initial apps during second & third year of undergrad.
