At the first interview with White & Case, they said I answered the majority of the competency ones well, and it came across that I really wanted to be a lawyer - but they said they couldn't accept me for the winter VS because of one question regarding teamwork. They said they weren't convinced the example I gave showed teamwork, and that since it's essential for lawyers to have this skill, they couldn't take me. I found it quite odd that they rejected me based on what seemed to be one question - but alas! That's how it is I suppose. It's something to learn from next time.
