yeah I'm racking my brain trying to think of more relevant recent examples  but I understand that it doesn't have to be completely outstanding - like climbing Everest

so can I use holiday/travel planning as an example? I spent the last year in China on a year abroad and I went on multiple trips, during which I ended up doing the most planning - do you think this would be an ok example?
