Can I ask what style of questions there is for the Bakers VI? Like competency, motivational, commercial? Also is it 90s time limit?

Hi Lauren,

Last cycle it was three competency questions, one commercial question and one wildcard question. I say wildcard, because I got asked something along the lines of "Tell us something interesting about yourself" while other people got more typical motivational questions. If I remember correctly you get 30 seconds to prepare and yes it's 1.5 minutes for the actual answer.
