- Written Exercise - 45 minutes to read through contract and respond to client in an email.
- 45 minute interview split into 2 sections, first one is case study interview: a M&A between 2 groups and you are asked questions surrounding the steps needed to take and how to address issues that might arise. Second half is strategy and motivational based.
- Meeting with a trainee - 45 minutes to ask questions about Dechert, etc.
- Graduate recruitment interview - 45 mins first half rapid fire commercial awareness questions, second half competency based questions.
