Hi everyone! I was wondering if people knew/understood how A&O's SJT report works? I just finished mine and it's given me areas in which my results were good but areas in which I could improve. I was wondering if applied verbal/numerical intellect were the key things examined or were they also examining skills like drive, resiliency, etc? What is considered a good result and how do I know if I've failed?
