You might be quite pleased to hear that there are many firms which do not use the WG test at all. As a very general rule of thumb, most US firms tend not to use the WG test. For example, of the top of my head, the following firms do not have a WG test:
Debevoise & Plimpton,
Gibson Dunn, Goodwin,
Kirkland & Ellis,
Latham & Watkins,
Ropes & Gray,
Sidley Austin,
Skadden,
Sullivan & Cromwell,
White & Case and
Willkie. Please bear in mind that the list of firms is NOT exhaustive and some of them might include behavioural situational-judgement tests (which judged how you respond to various scenarios) instead of a WG test. Also, there are plenty more firms which do not have a WG test. Also, please note that some English firms also do not use the WG test (e.g.
Slaughter and May).

I would also add that
