Firms that have Cover Letters

Hello everyone, just wanted to ask what are the list of firms that ask for cover letters in their application form I know Slaughter and May, Jones Day and Gibson Dunn require cover letters in their application process. Would anyone know if there are any other firms?

From Latham's application form:
"Why do you want to become a commercial lawyer?"
"Why would you choose to train at Latham & Watkins over another firm?"
"What transferable skills can you bring to the role of Trainee Solicitor?"

Looks an awful lot like a cover letter structure of "why law, why the firm, and why you"!

Take your point that is it not a CV + cover letter application, but my inference remains that the questions are equal to a cover letter.
