How Do You Prepare For ACs?

Hi everyone,

I hope you had a great festive break!

I wanted to ask you all, how do you prepare for an assessment centre? What do you do to nail the competency questions, the commercial/case study questions and how do you go about firm research?

I have one in 3 weeks which I'm preparing for but I have no clue on where to start and what to do. I, as I'm sure others, would appreciate any guidance.
