hi does anyone have any tips for passing the kennedys SST test?

Hi, I have been offered the chance to complete this as well. I believe the test is similar to the SJT (I haven't done it yet), but I'm not sure if there are questions that will be more in-depth with numerical and written tasks. Any thoughts?

Hi @NickVanBox I believe there are also watson glaser questions at the end, having read previous threads so I would prepare for those too

At this stage in the process, no. This stage is just SST and ( I think ) Watson Glaser. The next stage is the video interview! But you need to pass this SST to get through to the video interview stage.

it took mine around 2 days to come did it on 17th, got feedback this morn

No theres none. Just a work exercise where youre asked how you'd deal with those situations. Then at the end there was a Watson Glaser Test that was very short

Ahh wish it was automatic 😩. Did you get good feedback for the Watson Glaser Test? What info does the feedback provide?

feedback is typical and vague, three strengths and one weakness provided. no direct feedback on WG, although one of my strenghts was critical reasoning which i think might be from the WG element of the test?

Such a shame that they dont let you know what % you're in. Yeah it sounds like critical reasoning would be part of the WG test

I still haven’t heard anything back from the VI yet, I’m assuming it will be very soon since they start holding virtual ACs from the 3 Feb

Some people have heard back with AC invited but I’m not sure for which office(s). Assuming if I don’t hear anything in the next week it’s a PFO

Ah I think it depends on what you applied for if it’s SQE Programme they may be doing it based on the team ? Early careers said we will hear back this week
