I am not very hopeful about my app, I think I did well on the bright ai interview thing but my video interview was a flop. they invited me for SJT (starting to think they invite everyone?) my verbal and numerical scores were excellent but my sjt was 6,4,3 and 7.

looks like they don’t care. tbh if I get rejected I wouldn’t apply to mischon again just bc the process was very stresful

I think they don’t use AI for screening candidates so this might be why there are delays. Which I’m fine with but some comms acknowledging the delay would be good

The thing that bothers me isn't the delay. It's the fact that they explicitly said that all outcomes will be communicated in February and us not getting them in February. I think this reflects how the firm treats their prospective future trainees. If there were going to be delays they should have communicated that with us because it is disrespectful to us since we spent hours on the application + ai based chat interview + SJT.

Take it no one else has heard back. I emailed grad recruitment yesterday asking for an update and haven’t got anything back. I will update if I hear anything.

The only thing that helps with the anxiety is knowing nobody else has heard back either. We’re all in the same boat. lol
