Moving from a Summer to a Spring Vac Scheme

Hi guys,

I wanted to ask whether it is possible to ask graduate recruitment to convert a summer vac scheme offer into a spring vac scheme offer. Obviously, they will already have given out offers, but is it possible to be shortlisted if someone else drops out? Or alternatively, could I be shortlisted for a TC? I have had ACs for several firms with vac schemes that overlap, so I wanted to know what position I am in if I get offers from more than one.

Definitely ok to ask - these things happen every year. The firm might just not be able to move you based on individual circumstances at that time. Call them tomorrow and ask whether it is possible.
