I think some firms have mentioned they could allow an earlier start from events I've been to, but didn't know there were any which recruited specifically one year in advance. A 2025 start from the next cycle would give me a 2 year post-degree gap which I'd be keen to shorten, so I'd be interested in hearing about this</blockquote>
