I'm just so worried about the whole process with S&M as there doesn't seem to be any consistency with how they interview candidates. For example, some people say it's very focused on your commercial knowledge and motivation for wanting to join the firm, whereas others say they weren't asked a single question about their motivation/commercial awareness and it was all about getting to know them and their journey.
