Is it worth including something i have done if there is not yet a defined result (ie. no way of measuring the impact of what I have done)? Is there anything else I could include instead that would be appropriate for that section?

R can also be about reflection, so if you feel you have personally gained something from the situation, that is also a result (and that’s what the reflection focuses on).
