Hey!
I believe so, although the website is worded slightly confusingly! I would interpret their "from penultimate year law students or final year non-law students" to include the academic years beyond that as well (as they state it is open to graduates). However, as they don't explicitly mention final year law students, it might be worth emailing the graduate recruitment team to double-check as I'm sure they'd be happy to confirm this for you!
