For those still doing the ACs and waiting, don't worry, they said the calls would be staggered; just really shocked they got back to me within 2 days of my AC!

In person. If you've got it coming up, just a warning: because it's all done in the afternoon, there's no long lunch break so make sure you're well-rested the night before
