I had Growth, Collaboration and Judgement.

To improve -personal responsibility.

I wonder what they are looking for? I wonder whether they want all the same or a mix so they have people with different skill sets?

I wonder all sorts on all my applications.🤣

For Freshfields SJT, my top skills are collaboration, credible communicator and growth. Area for development is personal responsibility. Sounds good (so far) as it seems to be in line with their values.

One thing I took away from SJT preps and probably everyone knows this lol but it is to answer as a trainee, not as an associate/partner. It is ok to select responses which relate to asking for help/consulting with supervisor depending on the context as you will do this a lot as a trainee anyways. I was always so quick to select options that show I can do everything and anything by myself and I think that’s where I went wrong with previous SJTs.

Now with that being said, I will probably get rejected lmao but just wanted to share my thoughts on the process. Wish I could borrow someone’s brain for WG in general though!

My top 3 are the same as yours, my area of improvement is judgement. I don’t know how to take it, but I don’t think it’s good news for me. (Especially judgement point).

Someone on the vacation scheme forum said that they do open in the summer but their cycle runs from September to August, so if you’ve already applied I don’t think you’d be able to apply for the summer one. I will try to look for the message

Did AC on 16th Jan and got call the day after. Just received contract now so it took a while to come through.

@jessicabooker for Withers' application, can I included informal shadowing and open days as part of work experience? Some firms expect this others do not. My application is basically ready to go I just need to make sure I can include those experiences if not I need to delete them.
