I think you could email them for possible dates / time period for AC and also your planned dates for the trip, but if they dont revert / can't provide info maybe pay a bit higher for refundable accommodation and flights? You could also check how many ACs they will hold. I am planning a small trip away (3nights so would include one weekday) before i go back to uni but I am still waiting for the outcome of an application in which the next stage is an AC. obviously low chances I get an invite but wondering if firms are flexible if you’re unable to attend an AC?
For context there are no dates on the website and, by looking at the thread last year, the firm only held one AC last year and sent the invites out only 7 days prior.
