I would check with your university. Some universities provide careers service guidance up to 3 or 5 years post-graduation. I know one that offers it indefinitely. That's good for you!
But many of us are graduates/professionals who do not have access to career advisors.
Despite immense work and improvements are a bit lost and do not know what else to do.
rhymes with? 👀Man have you ever attended a certain LPC institution?
This is obviously a biased view.... but....I did not want to be hostile and apologise
You can access the career service and I hope that they have improved because they did not even have appropriate IT equipment and tutors.
However, guys you need to understand that many people will try everything that they can. Plus, the majority comes from good universities and they offer excellent services and the same cannot be said to more than half of the applicants.
Thanks!! I think I finished it on 28 December. Definitely during the last week of December haha.Amazing! Can i ask when you did the trainee simulation?
I did mine at the end of December.Congrats! Can I ask when you did the trainee simulation?
As has been mentioned their email client sometimes apparently gets gummed up so we may just be left wondering interminably. I'm prepared to write them off if we don't hear anything by the end of the week.If DLA have finished ACs, I assume the rest of us waiting, are to receive PFOs soon?
So weird. I hope we hear back soonI emailed the grad recruitment team and they said they were still considering applications which seems odd!
Oh that's strange! Maybe my friend misunderstood or they didn't fill their VS quota ? Not sureI emailed the grad recruitment team and they said they were still considering applications which seems odd!
Could be that that was the last AC for that batch of invites? lol who knowsI emailed the grad recruitment team and they said they were still considering applications which seems odd!
Could be that either I or my friend has misunderstood as well! If they say they're still considering applicants then there must be more upcoming ACsCould be that that was the last AC for that batch of invites? lol who knows
It’s discourteous if they don’t respond. Makes you wonder whether they’ve even reviewed all applications. As has been mentioned their email client sometimes apparently gets gummed up so we may just be left wondering interminably. I would only do it if you can format it like you can in this postDo you guys bullet point work experience in application forms?
I’ve made applications before where it’s possible to format the bullet points appropriately in the initial form but once it has been sent off, the formatting jams. Do you think this is understandable from a recruiter’s point of view?I would only do it if you can format it like you can in this post
If you are having to copy bullet points in and the formatting goes a bit crazy, then I'd generally avoid it.
