Just got Shoosmith's report feedback- Effective communicator, and detail as my strengths- adaptability as my weakness!

Did you pass to the next stage? I got effective communicator and open connector with my weakness being personal responsibility. Just got an email saying I didn't pass to the next stage

I wouldn't assume anything, especially considering we might have applied for different locations.

I think there are some but it’s more likely to be good news. 🤞 Depends on the firm!

I'm almost certain that the usual practice is for them to call to make an offer, and email when making a rejection. I'm not sure I've ever heard of firms calling candidates tor reject them post-AC (though I've heard of some firms doing so after an unsuccessful vacation scheme). It may be worth giving graduate recruitment a call back and just following up. I hope it's good news!
