Has anyone else got an AC invite for Mishcon summer? Do they send it out in batches?
Someone please offer some advice...
I was planning on applying for Burges Salmon's direct TC, however I am unsure whether it may be wiser to wait and apply for the vac scheme when it opens up in autumn.
I don't think I'd be able to apply for the upcoming vac schemes if I get rejected from this TC app... very confused and would very much appreciate literally any bit of advice

Thank you, I've done a few AC's where you can use a laptop but it's just programmed to a word doc to avoid all the AI/googling concerns... guess that's just how this firm does it. My handwriting looks like dead spiders so best work on that lol

slightly random comment, but you might be aware that you search within the thread by clicking search at the top, then choosing "this thread" from the dropdown.
Then you'll get taken to a URL like this:

The &o=relevance means that the forum sorts it inrandom relevant order.
Anyway, it doesn't appear to be possible to specify date order from the menu, but what you can do is this:
In Chrome enter chrome://settings/searchEngines into the URL bar, then click 'add' under site search, then give it a name and shortcut (can be both the same, I chose tclavs), then the search URL is:
If you want to add one for the TC thread, the URL would be
so then if you type tclavs skadden into the Chrome URL bar, and hit enter, it will directly take you the date-sorted search results for the VS thread, and similarly if you've set up the other as tclatc you can do likewise for the TC thread.

I have a feeling those who got the call yesterday and were asked not to disclose for a week was from CRS. Does this mean PFO for those who have not heard back?
I got the email for Mishcon's AC today!
Baker Mackenzie, Vinson, Orrick are a few I've heard of. Any insights from anyone would be appreciated!
