Do you have any tips/advice on what the final partner interview at the end of a vac scheme would be like? Is it similar to the assessment centre interview or is it more of a friendly chat?

I would like to know this too! I’ve had some really intense exit interviews so want to know whether there are any nice ones out there

Don't overthink the analysis. Interviewers know you are not experienced, and are not expecting high-level, complex analysis from you. Rather, clear communication, resilience, and the ability to stand your ground & respond in a positive way to the interviewer's nudges way more important.

thank you so much i was so worried i completely fukced the case study coz the interveiwer kept pushing me if i was sure on a point so i thought it was defo wrong

Thanks! Mine just said “In Review” when I checked yesterday. Hopefully “Archived” doesn’t mean a PFO tho 🤞
