no clue haha, though I know that the reaction time thing is more so to see how adaptable you are when you make a mistake (how you recover). Genuinely holding emails are the most jarring thing. Always think it'll say something of substance.
It was a written case study, a client style role play interaction, Motivation/Comp questions with a partner and briefing a partner on a business case study. It was virtual as well.
Not sure it's automatic, I got a PFO last year, no VI or any tests.
